Terms and Conditions

1. By accepting an offer, the following general terms and conditions are considered accepted by the client.

2. Incurring travel and accommodation costs will be charged separately or are to be taken care of by the client. For car travels, an allowance of EUR 0.42/km applies. No allowance is charged for travels to event locations in Vienna.

3. The stated prices are in euro and do not include VAT.

4. Cancellation fees:

- Up to 15 days before the event: 25% of the order amount

- Up to 10 days before the event: 50% of the order amount

- Up to 5 days before the event: 100% of the order amount

5. In case of illness of the trainer Akseniya Asenova, the client has the option to postpone or cancel the order free of charge.

6. An invoice is issued after the service has been provided. The transaction is expected to be made within 2 weeks after the invoice has been issued.

7. Personal growth is long-term process without a fixed timeline. My workshops provide structured guidance and support. However, they do not replace the client’s personal effort in achieving their goals. The responsibility for implementing and sustaining change after the workshop lies solely with the client. Accordingly, liability on my part is excluded.

8. My services do not substitute psychotherapy, medical treatment, or any other form of clinical intervention. Therefore, participation in seminars and workshops requires stable physical and mental condition of the participants.
